- At 09:30, the World Tour Keynote session starts while the Customer Success Expo continues
- At noon, you are welcome to join us for a networking lunch. Meanwhile, the Customer Success Expo remains on!
- As from 13:00, Salesforce foresees breakout sessions while the Customer Success Expo keeps running
- Around 18:00 there will be a network drink. Of course, you can still join the Customer Success Expo
- At 19:30, we wrap up and close
